visa rejection need help to re apply guys urgent please

hi all
my visa got rejected the visa officer stated the following reasons
(1) personal history documented since 2009
(2) original academic transcript
(3) i am not satisfied that your genuine reason for going to canada would have been as a bonafide student

i was doing a diploma in dental technology from dow although my course has been completed but i havent recieved my certificate yet because in sindh dow is the first university to ever launch a 2 years course in dental technology and my intermediate transcript is submitted in dow thats why i was not able to send it to the visa office but i send all my semester transcripts right now i am only waiting for my convocation so that i can recieve my certificate my last semester was in 2009 after that i have been waiting for my certificate but the people at university are retards as its a government institution

i showed 17 lacs in my bank account and also i have a cousin in canada he showed 10000$ in his bank account and also gave a letter notarised from notary public from canada stating that he would give accomodation and i will be staying with him also my elder brother is in jeddah he also gave his financial doucuments

as financial ties i showed a 2.5 crore property in islamabad and also a 80 lacs worth of property in karachi

i applied in george brown in canada in dental technology but they refused to give me admission stating the dental technology course is unique in canada it is not offered to international students so i took admission in course office administration medical at sheridan college


please guide me as i want to re apply in may or september intake i need all the help i can get

hello umerasghar88 your case seems to be a very strong one , just get your official and final transcripts

and re-apply you will surely get the visa. Bear one thing in mind when you re-apply , don't show your cousin as your sponsor because that will make you case weak.You are also saying that you showed your brother's financial documents , it would be better if you showed your brother as sponsor because he is not living in Canada also he is your brother hence it will show ties to return back and don't mention cost of property in file , it will raise doubts .

1. I think that your difficulty will be that you just finished a dental technician course, and now want to take an course in office administration. The office admin course is really not a progression in your education.
In the VO's way of thinking your choice really doesn't make sense.

My name is Raheel and I am studying in Concordia university. Now a days the university is close and I look some people comment for rejection.

When I apply from Pakistan I hunt so many consultant but none of them have knowledge at all. I applied several university but no one offer me admission.

One of my friend brother went to Canada with consultant and I also went for that consultant.

The guy who dealing is quite a young person but have alot experience as a discover him.

I thing that a only consultant in Pakistan located in islamabad.

Please me or not he send including me 10 student in Concordia with visa.

One intresting thing, one of the girl study in Concordia at PHD level and she asked us which consultant I come in Canada. Because her sister applied three times for Canada visa and got refused.

After I and my other friend refered her she got visa and study with us.

I thing you guys contact that guy in Islamabad I think he tell in early that you got visa or not.

hello umerasghar88 your case seems to be a very strong one , just get your official and final transcripts

my cousin is in ontario so i think i will apply in NAIT in alberta in my course that is dental technlogy and show my mother as my primary sponsor instead of my cousin will that be ok will that work?

umer,

the main reason what i read their mind is they only gave visa 2 those whose previous studies match with their future program i have nothin no big bank statment no strong case but still got the visa on the above mention reason

so apply again and i hope you will get visa this time
