Visa rejection for jan2020 intake

Hello i am siddharth
And i have applied for student visa for jan 2020 intake
File kept on oct 23
Biometric submited on 29th oct
Refused on 14th november
I have completed my bachelor of dental surgery with total of 10 backlogs ielts score is all over 6.5 not less than 6
I got accepted in fanshawe college in health system management course 1year
My rejection reason was same as usual that i will not come back to india and my purpose of studies is not in the light of my previous education missing marksheet finacial level of establishment etc..
I hve reapplied on 22nd of november 2019
Still my medical is not updated its almost 14 days please help me out that how much it will take for the visa and what is the chances for visa
This time i have showed my 3yr ITR of my father and mother
Answered each and every concers of visa officer
Please help me out friends.

Did you explain more in your new sop to why you chose this course after studying dentistry?

I have applied for GBC consulting program for Jan 2020 intake and visa got refused on same grounds 216(1)..that I will not come back to India after my course.I have applied for my gcms notes..but I am worried on my offer from college..will my seat automatically shifted to may intake..or I will have to apply it fresh all again..please help... I am based out of Bangalore... Your help would be appreciated..Thanks in Advance..

Study permit applied on 27th Nov. Done with biometrics on 2nd Dec. Medical Passed on 10th Dec. Received passport submission letter on 12th Dec.
