What can i do then..Is there any chances of me gettin visa if i re-apply?

apply from pakistan it takes 3 to 6 monts for visa..previously you told abt ur cousin got visa...did he apply from pak or abroad??also make ur SOP strong.But at the end i will suggest you to consult some seniour member here or some good consultant who knows issues like this(whether to apply from pak or qatar)..

Yeh he applied from Pakistan.My brother has consulted a lawyer in Canada hez gonna get refusal comments of the officer from Ottawa and then see what can happen.But i just wanted to know dat do people get visa on Re-applying if dey prepare a justification and can u change ur course and then re-apply?

yes dont worry abt this...i know many people in this forum who got their visa on third attempt..So dont worry abt this issue??

yes you can change ur course??is ur brother also in canada???if you apply as it is then they will refuse it again,so you will have to make some changes in ur file...what are the reasons for ur refusal??

Yeah brother and sister in law shifted to Canada three months ago.My reasons were..Purpose of visit and family ties in canada and the country of residence.

so the only reason is family ties..As your brother is in canada, this also weaks ur case and for family ties in home country show property documents of ur parents and also make a good SOP..
