So i am doing the questionaire again, when they ask me if I have a valid study permit and need visa to return to canada I say "no"?

schedule 1 is for ur student visa 1294 is ur study permit application. letter of explanation is a letter that u can write to the CHC to explain ur objectives goals etc and why u chose that specific program of study and how it will help u in ur home country.

This is tricky and doesn't know what Yes or No?

My Wife will apply for a study permit and I might be acompany her in future by applying for the open work permit. In this case, I Should say Yes or No
