VISA REJECTED

Hi,
Got my VISA rejected in May 2013 intake applied to lambton college-Course-PGDBM-2 years full time
The reason got-UR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NT REASONABLE IN LIGHT..........

The details of my profile are as follows-
10th-56%
12th-52%
B.Com-60%
PGP-Marketing-64%-full Time completed in 2009 jan
after that working continuously(full time) for 4 years with 2.5 years on Manager Profile with reputed companies
IELTS-7 over all with 7 in each section
Brother also living in canada with PR
have paid GIC-$10000 and given first semester fees

What is the reason please help confused n depressed :-[,couldnt understand were I have went wrong.

Further have again applied for Sep 2013 intake in Masters Global Business Management programme in Royal Road university.what are my chances for this intake.
Please do guide me sir :-[

I think this time you have more chances to get a Visa approval, reason is the change of your institution and course. Universities have better chances of getting Visa approval over colleges. Also the stream you have chosen this time is matching with your profile and experience and the plus point is you have taken admission in masters course.

I may not be correct but as far as I know ur profile is good but U completed ur b.com and also PG so again applying for MS which is lower then PG is the problem and also 3 years gap is ok but more then 3 years u should explain as far as possible and write SOP show proof that u worked these days and as this time u r applying for uni I think u have a better chance.

but this is not final this is only upto my knowledge.

I think AnilK is absolutely right.... your course has to be higher than what you have already done....thats why your visa got rejected with that reason....

Maybe don't mention about your PGP when you reapply....pretty sure you will get the visa then

the exact reason is never clear with the rej letter received..!!! unless CAIPS notes are ordered.

Since ur brother is a PR , you might be thought of as in potential immigrant as well . I suggest you write a strong SOP hw the masters course would help ur profile blah blah ...pics some course which are related to ur prev exp nd blabber on that such courses would help me blah blah ...hope you get the point.

Also, Try and show a STRONG TIE to your home country .... property , land , parents a letter from ur employer that he would hire you after ur course all r gud ways to show home ties....

Based on ur profile , you could have got a better university really , RRU is not the most reputed in canada....!! but give it a shot!!

Harsh MBA was ryt... even I had this same profile with experience but my ielts was 6.5, nothing less than 6. :-[ That was my only defect. Even I got admission from MGM Program in RRU. But, I preferred college because of its coursework n duration it took. Don't show your bro's profile n strengthen your SOP. Good luck.

Thanks for ur valuable advise,please guide me with other institution where considering my profile I can get admission.and further I have full time experience with companies like IndiaMart Bajaj finserv Bluestar Ltd(4 years), so will they consider it as gap ???,as I was assuming foreign university will require experience for admission,plz help?

I would give GMAT and then go for an MBA if i were you. It shows career progression + the GMAT also is
a nice way to show ur intentions are academic.

nobody gives a gmat if he is not serious abt the course...give GMAT get a nice public university !!! then try !!
