but in all this i will have no time left to join sept session as my classes r already started. and 10 sept is the last date of tuition fees.

so i will prefer to defer but i will also send them that email

My visa is rejected

university applicant
applied 28th may
medical 8th june
PP returned 12th june
got email for further information required by CHC-ISB on 20th july regarding travel history
Respond to email 3 times but did not get any reply not even an automated one

reason for refusal u did not respond to our email.

this seems to be a joke to me that i replied 3 times and they did not even reply me once and they strictly mention in their email

You are STRONGLY urged to submit all documents by email to: islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Please submit documents by ONE method only. Sending case status enquiries and documents through duplicate or multiple channels will result in processing delays


so keeping this in mind i just emailed them did not send them fax or by courier.

now i want to apply again for january intake but i want to know should i fill new application forms or submit this application with updated LOA for January intake?

Or is there any chance to get visa for sept intake or i should go for january intake?

Ali Durrani is the Guy faced almost same condition as u , reapplied and got visa in next attempt,so apply again don't worry, CHC people are same as us and can make blunders ....

CHC also asked him some documents he sent them but CHC rejected by saying he didn't , go through his posts......

for sep intake chances are almost zero. plan for jan intake. you have to file a new case new forms and new application fee. dont loose hope you r sure to get visa.
one suggestion I must give you. I remember when you said I have not got any auto generated reply of confirmation.
dont tell them the previous email ID. change your email ID and I mean ifs its Hotmail send them yahoo or gamil ID this time. there is chance that have blocked your email Id. that's why they had not received your emails.

Oh its too sad but do not loose hope just faith in Allah and resubmit all the doc along with complete print of e mails and bold in SOP that in sep intake due to this reason i got rejection and write may be there is little confusion sir b/c its my 1st passport and u can get your travel history also send this print so best of LUCK May Allah bless u

Hi Everyone,

Tody I got refused for Visitor visa of Canada also my wife's visa rejected by Canadian Embassy New Delhi, Last year I got refused by them for Work Permit when I had positive LMO, Sponsor letter of Employer.

Now I am really frustrated. I am having 10 years B1/B2 visa of USA, planning to go USA and again want to apply from border with positive LMO.
