VISA REJECTED

My visa is rejected

university applicant
applied 28th may
medical 8th june
PP returned 12th june
got email for further information required by CHC-ISB on 20th july regarding travel history
Respond to email 3 times but did not get any reply not even an automated one

reason for refusal u did not respond to our email.

this seems to be a joke to me that i replied 3 times and they did not even reply me once and they strictly mention in their email

You are STRONGLY urged to submit all documents by email to: islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Please submit documents by ONE method only. Sending case status enquiries and documents through duplicate or multiple channels will result in processing delays


so keeping this in mind i just emailed them did not send them fax or by courier.

now i want to apply again for january intake but i want to know should i fill new application forms or submit this application with updated LOA for January intake?

Or is there any chance to get visa for sept intake or i should go for january intake?

im really sorry to hear this bad news. but i can tell u a story of person with whom almost same thing happened.
last year in 2011 here was a guy on this forum who firstly got a medical call . when he submitted his passport after medical examination he was asked to submit a deferal acceptance letter from university within 15 days. He submitted on time but still they refused him and told him that u didn't submit on time. After this he was very upset but didn't lose hope and he applied again for next semester and wrote an SOP in which he mentioned about his refusal and explained that it wasn't his mistake. Surprisingly,he got his visa in 5 working days only without even asking for remedical.

yeah that is what i am thinking of but confused that should i apply again for for this semester or file application at end of september for January intake?

Please dont loose hope bro..

At times they (CHC) dont receive emails.. That thing happened to me when I mailed them to ask my current status, the mail was not delivered and i tried 2-3 times, in hope that my mail is delivered to them..

But, then after some time I again sent them the same mail, that time my mail got delivered and an automated mail came in reply. Stating that they have received my mail..

So, at times it does happen, its not your mistake..

So dont loose hope and go ahead for next intake.. hopefully you will be getting it for sure..

I would suggest you to take a chance and send them print of emails sent (print should have the data time and email)
and send the documents too THROUGH Courier.

I am definitely sure you will get a positive response. There is a quite possible reason that you missed some information in your emails regarding your identity. So, be careful with that.

Sorry to hear that! but i think If you send E-mail to CHC isl Automated reply comes within seconds ,mentioning that that ur Emaik has been received and u will get reply within 15 days.

Yeah i got automated reply too immediately when I sent them email. Though my email went through their online form

they asked me about my travel history abroad if any

Yes i will definitely apply for January intake with complete evidence of my emails and IA i will get through this with the help of Allah

I am not saying to go for Jan right away
but send them a courier with all the evidences. my friends HSMP rejected, appeal rejected and then he send email saying that its unfair etc etc
and in 15 days he got email of mistake and he got it. So give it a try, nothing to loose in it ?

but in all this i will have no time left to join sept session as my classes r already started. and 10 sept is the last date of tuition fees.

so i will prefer to defer but i will also send them that email

@wahab- im sure you sent all your original passports. couldn't they check your travel history by looking at them? Why wasted your time? Did you overstay to any other country during your visit or something like that otherwise their inquiry about that particular point did not make sense to me.

it is my first ever PP in life and i have never been to any other country abroad.
