Visa Rejected.....worried

Hello, I have applied for the studetn visa under university category 1 week back.
My profile,

10th: 73%
11th and 12th: 64%
BA HONS in Hospitality management: 2nd class hons from UK university

3 years of managerial experience, 2 and half years in London

I got a call from the delhi embassy today to cross check my work experience. My brother owns a software company where the main branch is in australia and we have small braNch here as well in chennai. from the last october i have shown like working as a HR manager in india in our company and it is legally registered as well. But the officer who called me asked me everything and he got to know that the coMpany is registered but nobody works there .....and he was sarcastically laughing as well in the middle of the conversation. I tired to cover up a lot but he was very fast .


NOW I AM WORRIED A LOT WHTHER I WOULD GET THE VISA OR NOT. THE COMPANY IS LEGAL AND I SAID HIM THAT I AM THE HR MANAGER.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT THIS.....

Hahaaha! Thats funny If nobody works there then how could you be the HR Manager!!!!

This will only give rise to suspicion that you are not telling the truth

But anyways hope you get what you want

Did u show any payslips? I guess you didn't that's why he took it suspicious. and he had to make sure whether the work experience is genuine or fake.
now a days chc takes work experience issue very serious. because it fill up the gap and tells of a person's experience,knowledge,skills etc.
so I mean work experience plays a very important role.
why did u tell him that no body works there otherwise you were fine.

No, I didnt tell him that no body works there....i told him that its very small companu and some people work from home and some people come to office. He asked whether he could able to talk to any of my colleagues....I told him that they are out for lunch and you can give a call back after 30 mins and they will be available.....

Normally, small company doesn't require HR manager regarding the roles of HR manager. Operational manager would have been the best option though. also make sure it's not one of your friends who knows you well that called actually just to make fun.
