hey friend..
they just give reaon that your proposed studies are not relavent blah blah blah ............
then if you want to know what is the exact reason of your refusal then[size=10pt] you need to take caips notes[/size]... it will charge extra (thats why i call them money makers )
they should give exact reason of rufusal instead of confusing statement

my self.. i got refusal for last september intake with similar reason as you.
then i took caips .. and got reason
there were mainly three reaons .
1- candidate does not meet spp due to low ielts score
2 - not logical progression in studies ( 1 year certificate program early childhood education )
3 - IELTS WRITING 5

i was satisfied with these reasons because overall 6 and not less than 5.5 is the min requirement of canadian embassy
i think 1 year certificate program was also problem

now i appeared again in ielts and got
L - 6.5
R - 6.5
writing - 6.0
s - 5.5

now i think i fulfilled their requirement
2nd now i applied to university of capliano in associate degree of science biology 2 year
i think there is no anymore relavent program than this......

now what they think........

IELTS Overall 7.5 & not less than 6.5 each
Acads 80%+ 10th Inter & Btech
Working as a business analyst (5yrs) and applied for IBM in RedRiver College.
Got rejection - Dispatched in 2days.

Do u have any backlogs during studies. Even my VISA is rejected with the same reason but its for PG studies.

I had nearly similar profile with 4 rejections(every time the reason was: Your proposed studies.........):

i had applied in sheridan and seneca college for PSSCN computer system technician and computer networking and technical support.
my ielts bands were:
L-8.5 W-5.5 S- 5.5 R- 6.0 Overall-6.5 earlier{L-8.5 W-6.5 S- 6.5 R- 6.5 Overall-7 at present}
10th-----76% ICSE
12th----- 55% non-medical (PSEB)

the reason for your rejection is that you have chosen computers field after non medical,according to me you should opt mechanical,electronics or any other engineering field but not computers because it is not regarded equal to engineering in canada(it is a different disciple).Also your computers marks should be added to your final result in 12th not simply as grade.

Do not waste your time and money by applying again really quick,you should definitely change your program and strongly state in SOP that why you have earlier choosen computers and why are now choosing different field.

but computer course after 12th is relevant if you have good marks in math

I got rejected 2 times due to less marks in accounts
i had business 80 , english 83, economics 82, accounts 44, and Ip(java) 63

been to New Zealand completed my diploma In business level 5,6 returned to india
i went wrong i selected Bechelor Degree BBA for 4 years In university of Cape breton
Now I have Question if person applies to Quebec and CAQ gets approoved does it make your visa chances increase
