Hi,

I done B.Tech in 2009 and MBA in 2012. After that i m having 2 year work exp as a Network Administrator. My IELTs score is 6.5 . I applied under spp for this sept2014 intake for the Graduate Certificate Course (Networking) in Durham College. My visa got rejected stating reason that my course is not relevant with my past studies. I m really in tention what to do next. Which course should i opt? And most importantly can i apply again under spp for next January 2015 intake?

which colleges offering pg diplomas?
Thanks...

Hey Rajneesh,

How strong was ur SOP?? Did you justify why you want to take this course up. My profile is similar to yours too.
Will be applying in Jan 2015.

Yes i also went through that course yesterday... it is related to my both skills and suits me well. They are saying it as a post graduate diploma and rated it as a Graduate certificate course... i m confused.. :'( ???
Should i go for Post graduate diploma only to succeed in getting my visa?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Seniors Please Help,

I am lookin frwrd to Sept.2015 intake for Business analyst course but I am extremely worried for LOA & Visa rejection.
Please review & give suggestions:

Profile:
2004: 10th: 46%
2006: 12th (Comm): 84%
2007: 1 year gap
2008: B.com (D.U. Regular College 3yrs without any gap): 56%
2011: 1 year gap
Oct.2011-2015: Total Work experience of 3 years 4 months till date (without any gap): 2yrs as financial analyst & 1+ year as business analyst
IELTS: 6.5 overall (R7.5, L7.0, S6.0, W6.0)

Q1. Gap Year 2007: Should I honestly tell that I wasted one year to clear (10+2 level) Physics & maths from SOL for a career in aviation which I did not pursue due to industry downfall.
Q2. Gap Year 2011: Wasted 1 year in job search. Should I show 6-9 months of internship at a local accountancy firm? I can show salary slips & experience letter but no record of form-16 or bank statement.
Q3. IELTS: Should I re-appear to improve my IELTS score or is it fine?

Looking forward to your kind suggestions.
