I got my study permit rejected due to the fact that , you will not return after finishing your studies.
applied for mechanical engg technology .....
depoisted 1 yr fee + plus gic under spp
is there any chances of getting visa under general category, got extension also...

please give complete profile....meaning ur academic back ground ur grads etc without ur complete profile its hard to say....

Visa chances will depend on the whole application package presentation. For the reason you had you can show property, investment, good sentence in SOP, Job offer in your country.

what were the grads for 2.5 year dip in automobile....ur profile doesnt look bad . u can reapply in general category but make sure to add ITR , bank statements ,any property document that u can. Just to show home ties .Write a very strong SOP explain ur passion for automobile engg .

Ties to home country is major issue. They did not mention anything about course. What ties did you show? What finances and travel history? Sounds unrelated but having good bank balance and travel abroad shows you are well employed and more likely to return. What family like spouse/child/Parents to care for? Any property?

Clear the issue of you "will not leave the country" by adding necessary documents. You will have good chances of getting visa if you are able to prove that you will return.

I do have a sound finance...
Before I lived in Aus for 4 yrs and came back ..
And 2.5 diploma in automobile , it doesn't have any grades , it just shows I'm competent ..

10th 70% p.s.e.b
12th 62% p.s.eb
b.tech(it) 68% ptu
ielts 6.5 overall,but in writing or reading 5.5
applied for sheridan clg in it support services coop 2yrs diploma
reasons are:
you will not leave canada after finishing ur studies
travel history
purpose of visit
ur proposed studies cannot be cosidered a logical progression of studies
so plz guys tell me what can i do and how can i get visa

Hi everyone.....if one has to show his/her home ties does it mean that they have to show ITR, properties etc as I haven't submitted any of these things.......I had submitted my GIC and 1 yr fees receipt along wid my marksheet...though I am still waiting for the response from the CHC Delhi......but the above threads have worried me......and I also wanted to knw hw r the applications selected in the chc as some people who hv applied in June or early july r still waitin and der r people who hv applied in July end or aug startin got der visa
