visa rejected under spp, need help

overall, everyone recommended to apply for CAIPS,
at least i hope that i'll get actual reason for rejection...
and i never understand why this immigration people reject visa with a reason like mine,
i mean multilple reasons., :
i thought it will be different compared to USA.
but they all r same...
