visa rejected under spp..help needed to apply under general.

Hello friends my study visa was rejected under spp . Please review my profile and guide if i should apply under general or not.

My profile - 10th-68%-2008-cbse
12th -58%- non medical-2010-cbse
Bba- 61.03% - 2010-2013- ptu - completed in 3.5 Years ( i had 6 backlogs 1 in each sem and as i was not able to give my last sem 1 exam and 5 reappear exam due to my uncle death so cleared all backlogs in next exam i.e nov 2013 )

Ielts -6.0 (l-6.5,r-6.5,w-5.5,s-5.5)

College- lambton college Toronto

Course - marketing management and professional selling's

Duration- 2years -PG diploma
Gic taken , 1st sem fees paid ,Sop attached with file .
Rejection reason - other reasons : proposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies,academic scores,and language abilities.

I had taken 22.51 lakh education loan and my father itr is 4.80 lakh but i had not attached these documents with visa file as my consultant told me they are extra document for spp and not required.

Please review my profile and tell me should i try in general or not and if yes what changes should i do ?

No. I got a rejection letter with passport in which. Vo had ticked 1 reason for refusal of my application mentioned above.

Your proposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies,academic scores,and language abilities.

There are three main points in your rejection.

1: Your course is not post graduation level, Check this: https://www.lambton.on.ca/Programs/FT_Program_page.aspx?id=2147500052.
You should take admission in higher level program to show logical progression in your study.

2: Bad Academic record is the one of most solid reason for rejection.

3: you should retake the ielts exam to improve your bands.

I will advise you to take admission in the right program and apply again.

2. As i m from non medical background i thought that i should leave my micro , macro, finance , accounts subject for last sem. And try to give reappear exam after clearing my all basics but unfortunately my uncle died in last sem. so i had to miss my exams .

3. Nw i dont want to waste my another year in this so i want to give it a try last time . Without giving ielts again.

Pls tell me should i mention about my backlogs in my sop . As passing year is same ie 2013 and in my 6 mark sheets its no where written that i had a reappear. Just written passed exam. Held in nov 2013 in all marksheet and degree .

So what should i do?

Yup i will , last time also i want to add fathers itr and education loan letter with visa file but my consultant told me not to do so as my file is under spp and these are extra documents , also he attached documents in visa file without notary attest.

Consultants can be stupid at times.

try changing consultants this time.

Someone with bit more exp can be helpful.

Yup thats why i m thinking of applying my self as this forum and goggle can help me more then those money making consultants

dear all
i need urgent help from everyone regarding canada study visa in my case.
i was got rejected twice , one time under spp india in 2013 and one time from singapore under general category in jan 2014.
i am here in singapore from 2010 onwards,i was came here as a student now holding a good job in sweedish firm as a research analyst.

here is visa related details.
first time applied under spp india in 2013
college - lambton toronto campus
duration- 2 yrs post graduate diploma in hospitality management
ielts - 6 bands
last qualification- diploma in hospitality from singapore
rejection reason- that you dont have enough funds & purpose of visit.

2nd attemp from singapore under general category.
details are all same as in first attempt except the college, this time i had took fleming college and program is graduate certificate in hospitality managemnt 1 year
rejection reasons-purpose of visit,length of stay,immigration status
so after getting all this baseless reasons in 2nd attempt, i was order caips notes and there i got to know the exact reason that


ties to return either singapore or india---though i was included all my property valuation and related stuff in 2nd attempt from SG.

I WANT TO APPLY LAST TIME SO PLEASE DO NEEDFULL ADVISE TO GET VISA
