visa rejected under general category

i applied for jan intake on 30th of dec under general category
reasonurpose of studies are not reasonable in light of your qualifications,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities, or your future prospects and plans. :-[

i applied for 3D-game art and animation prog. in art institute of Vancouver.
I studied Bachelors of engineering in instrumentation engg..2009
i did a diploma/certificate program for 2 years
and worked for 1 year and also did many freelancing projects...

i have submitted all this proof in application doc.but i really don't understand how did they are not satisfied with my purpose of studies.

plz help what can i do now iam thinking of reapplying...what can i do know

one good thing is my collage has another intake in April..

My personal openion is your backlogs in bachelor may be a problem and your sop is not clear to them. It you want to reapply again first you order Caips note. In Caips you can find out exact rejection statement in discriptive way. Any way u can't apply on this intake so Caips is the better option.

Also my col starting date is 7th jan i applied on 30th dec.
And i just got my medicals stu form on 29th. I dint wait for 5 days
Also in the rejection letter they mentioned several resons like
Iam not satisfied with...

.Have submitted wrtten doc for education instition at which u study
Dat states u hah v been accepted

.have suffucent & available financial resources with out worki g in canada
To pay tution fee,to maintain urself and family nembers whi may accompany you
During peroid of study,to pay the costs of trasporting

.you hav submited caq

.u leave cannada at end of ur stay

.u hav subimmited doc which lacks authenticity as part of ur application
This has diminished the overall credibility of ur submission

.u hav not compiled with ur req info.
Medical examination,interview

And
purpose study Not resonable in light of ur qualification..........
