Visa rejected twice.

I cannot see any reason in the comment column. What should I do now ?
I applied from VFS Bangalore (paper application).
Applied for pg diploma in hr at st Lawrence college ,Toronto.
My qualifications :
IELTS : 6.5
Graduate : BBA ( 57%),I had 2 back papers but I have cleared it .
+2 :Commerce (68%)
10th 76%).

There was no specific reason . They tick on other reasons column.

Your SOP wasn't so strong to convince the visa officer that you will come back home country after your studies. It maybe one of the reasons. strong sop matters much.
