Visa Rejected Twice Help Please :(

hello everyone ,

my Profile is
10th CBSE 82% pass-out in 2014
12th CBSE 57.6% pass-out in 2016 ( with no less than 50 in any subject and highest in business studies-59 marks from all main subjects)
My IELTS Score are-
Speaking-6.0
Writing-6.5
Listening-8.5
Reading-8
Overall Band Score-7.5
CEFR Level- C4
i applied for business general diploma at mohawk college and paid gic and first semester's fees
i had applied under SPP category for September 2016 intake and i got rejected because of the following reasons-
1. You have not satisfied me that you will leave canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this i considered several factors-
purpose of visit
2. Your purposed studies are not reasonable in the light of one or more of- Your qualifications,Previous studies,missing marks cards,gap in studies employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.

then i reapplied under General category for January 2017 intake with my financial Documents ( total available funds of ₹30,00,000)
This time i applied for Business management and Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College,Ottawa
level of study was post secondary
I paid First semester's fees and showed education loan for G.I.C. of 9.25 lakhs against FDR of ₹10 Lakhs
This time the reason given is -
1.Other Reasons-
Proposed Program is not reasonable in light of past studies,academic scores and language abilities

Should i Appeal my Decision as still there is some time left or should i reapply and what should i change in this ?

1st time you were probably rejected because you wanted to pursue a very basic diploma straight after 12th instead of a Bachelors course. Usually people study diplomas for extra studies after doing bachelors or for a specialist course not necessarily for business courses. Although the not satisfying you would leave bit probably completely ended your chances. Better family ties to home (like stating property or if you are an only son) and showing more money would've worked.

2nd time again diploma course ... :\

it is most likely because of your marks in 12th. VO thinks you are not a bonafide student and wouldn't be able to handle the studies in Canada. You can apply for CAIPS notes and get the exact reason. I would suggest you not to waste any time and apply for CAIPS, and enrol yourself into bachelors in your country of residence. if you think you can address the concerns of VO in both of the refusals then only re-apply. otherwise, improve your score in current academics.

Applied under General category, offline on 17th November.
Graduate: Bachelor in Management (Marketing) BMS from Mumbai University
Work Experience: 6 years in sales.

IELTS: 6.5 Band, with no subject below 6 band.

GIC: Paid
1st Semester Fees: Paid
Fund: 20 lac bank loan + 10 lac savings.
Applied Course: PG in International Business Management from Lambton college, January 2017 intake
All experience documents submitted with SOP.

Looking for an advice.
