Visa rejected twice - gonna reapply with a new offer - should I mention it?

My bachelor degree is Management Sciences,

I used Interior Decorating Diploma applying for my first two study permit, and all got rejection because of purpose of visit

This time I am going to apply with a PGC program - Global Business Management

But I have a question, should I mention why I change my program in my SOP???

I think I should, but one friend said it's unnecessary.....
So now I'm a little confused.....

I think no need to mention about changing the program.

maybe I typed the wrong keywords....

yeah I have

Because Interior Decorating is not the reasonable course for me who has a Management Sciences degree and have work experience on IT / advertising...

That's why I change my program to business management, this program will help me to find a job like Account Manager or something..

I think you should declare all past rejection because they will know it anyway, better to be honest.

Yeah I will explain my past work experience,

but I'm asking should i explain why I change to a new program....instead of the former one
