CAIPS notes are definitely the first step. Without it you're shooting blind.(literally) Get the notes (no need for a consultant, may online companies will do it for you for a small fee) and after reading the notes you can find out the actual reasons for denial and work on creating a better application the next time around.“Bro”, he was refused for current employment and finances! How then did you come up with IELTS scores if it’s so obvious the reasons for refusal? Refusal letters use generic reasons for refusal, that may or may not be related to the actual concerns. A good consultant (which seems pretty difficult to come by) would, if they were any good, order the CAIPS to review before suggesting a course of action. And the applicant is still responsible for the application.....I much prefer have the understanding and control of my own destiny than someone who could care a less if I get my visa or not.
Don't listen to all the bs advice some are giving you. Anyone who tells you that shooting blind is the best course of action is clearly misguided.
