So i am looking to re apply but before i need suggestions for should i write in the explanation letter for the 1st rejection.
These are the reasons of rejection
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of
residence.
I have studied for 2 years in bachelor's in mechanical engineering and got admission as a transfer student at University of New Brunswick
Ielts 7.5 overall
Looking to re apply through the recently opened SDS program my elder brother is the sponsor
Upfront medical on 20th august
Any suggestions as to how can i counter these reasons
Thanks in advance
