visa rejected need help

i would apply for Jan intake with Same Course GBM @ humber,

Will deferred my course for jan intake and apply in General in Mid Sept inshaAllah,

BTW wat all DOCS r mandate in General
IT Returns
Loan Letter
Savings
1 sem fees already paid

Wat else ???

yes apply in the general category
Sometimes they just dont give visa and they give a very lame excuse for it
Some people get visa with the same profile when they reapply
It might be that when a person reapply, the file goes to another visa officer who might not be as strict as the last one
so better luck next time

If I apply again with different course will they check my previous files and documents.....because in ma last rejected file I include SOP stating my interest in course....now I am going for different course but related to my previous studies....

its CHC .. the moment the VO sees ur files he would check ur details with the last name or ur passport number n he will have ur history..

so applying again with suitable course lead to other rejection or will they approve...will they put this previous one as bad mark in their list....

every time u submit a new application it goes to a different VO. It will be his call ..chances are he will look at the reason why it was rejected before and check if the reason for rejection has been addressed.

my previous rejection statements are related to your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of bla bla bla statement...if I clear that will they approve my application......

cannot say if it will be approved or denied but u will have a fair chance if everything is in order...u have right financial documents...there is no course mismatch... u have strong home ties etc....

I got rejection in 2 year dual program offered by lambton college ....
Industrial and project management
then again I applied for Project management 1 year course...that also got rejected....
I want to know my next chance....I did b.tech Civil Engineering.....

seems like a mismatch.....industrial and project management is more for industrial engineers. ur a civil engineer look for something in civil engineering
