visa rejected/help please

HI,
my husband is a canadian citizen and my permanent residency in under processing.im living in dubai now and my husband is in canada.
i had applied for TRV and it got rejected stating the below
''i failed to convince the VO that i would leave the country at the end of my stay
travel history
immigration status
family ties in canada and my country of residence
current employment situation.''
i was unemployed at the time i had applied that was april07th 2011 but now i have my own business on my name
does having a business on my name and re-applying with the trade license copy increase the probability of me getting a TRV.considering that i will have to return since i have my own business.
my PR interview is on may 17th 2011(in six days).do u think talking to the interview officer and requesting him/her to grant me access in canada would help ?

Chances of you getting approved for a TRV to Canada with a Canadian spouse and a PR application in process are slim to none. They assume regardless of having a business in your name (which you've just registered) that your plan is to stay in Canada.

will talking to the interview officer help ? is there no way to get the trv atleast since its going to take 2yrs for my PR ?
