Visa Rejected(Help Needed)

i am rejected today
reason:
1.I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself during your proposed period of study.
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision I considered several factors,
Your travel history
purpose of visit
your personal assets and financial status


i showed $30000 cad in my mothers account also showed my assets $650000 cad. can anybody tell me how much money needed for the study permit? i will apply again....plz suggest me how can I apply?

please give ur full profile ..also the program u applied to.....did u attach ITR's or source/proof of income documents? just bank balance is not enough u have to show it is possible to acquire that bank balance over a period of time ...like say ur mothers pay slips IT returns or such document. this is to prove the money is urs and not just borrowed.

Did u apply on your own or through any consultancy
Have u applied under SPP program, what is the loan amount you hav shown, bcoz if u hav applied under spp u need to show ur finincial support using edu loan or GIC.

I'm not sure what country your from but in India if you sell land or property, you automatically receive a deed of absolute sale which is Stamped by the Sub-Registrar of the government who has authority in that district. This sale deed also has stuff like your photograph and finger prints so its not possible for visa officer to doubt if its fake or not. You should have submitted such a document.

brother which country are u from?? there are 3 categories to apply for a student permit for canada..SPP, General and University category...the most people apply under SPP...

Under SPP u have to put up very less documents...the most imp part in SPP is an education loan sanctioned letter by a recognized bank..GIC is now introduced where you deposit $ 10000 CAD in Scotia Bank..this is for your living expenses in Canada...u can either show loan or take GIC..GIC stands for Guaranteed Investment Certificate..its kind of an investment dat u make for urself..

please visit a good consultancy and get counselled by an experienced immigration agent.. and then apply again..

you have shown crores of finances..so finance would not be a problem for you...you have good chances of getting visa..you got rejected as you did not represent your file in a proper manner..

just try again..n i m sure you will get your Visa this time...best of luck brother

i dont know if u have option of GIC SPP etc in bangladesh.....but i believe consultants dont help much ...i suggest u read on this website and ask questions here.....write an SOP explain the funds were from land sale and r for u to use on education also get a letter from ur sponsor/mother stating the same....see if u can produce sale receipt and make a photocopy and get it notarized.....also if ur mother is working or has income show her income tax returns for last 2 -3 years..... also i dont know ur garding system so is 4.50HSC good ?
