I applied for a Canadian study Permit on 6th of June and got my biometrics done on 17th. Just now I got the biometrics confirmation from and also got my visa which was rejected and the issue was that THEY DO NOT THINK I WILL COME BACK TO MY HOME COUNTRY AFTER MY STUDY IS COMPLETED.
How do I reapply or what should I came in my file that will assure them I will come back.

Tell the exact reasons for refusal. "You will not come back to home country" is generic reason which they will mentions. Below that, there will be some checkboxes checked. Can you provide us detailed rejection reasons to know more about ur case?

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
This is the whole text applied under SDS and my profile is
12th- 2018 under arts stream
IELTS- 7.5
Course- Culinary Management diploma
And also mentioned in my SOP that I want to come back and work here.
How should I approach this.

Ok. Apply for caips notes and find out the exact reason of refusal.
I am kind to of in a hurry because I am planning to for the September intake. While reapplying what all changes should I make in my sop or are there any specific points that I should mention

Sorry to hear... Which school did you got admission from?

If you are re-applying, include a letter of explanation for refusal and address the reason for rejection. Since it is SDS, take your time to write this letter anyway the promised ETD of sds is 1 month. So by mid August you will have at least get the decision.

The VO concerned about "strong ties" not about your choice of program. So expound your connections in your home country, plans after completion of study and finally at the end of the letter mention that you are aware of the responsibilities and duration of a study permit etc. You need to attest that you are leaving once your study is completed.

I am going to Centennial College and say if I mention that I will leave after my study and VO grants me the visa. Now what happens after my course is completed and I apply for the PGWP and can they question me that I said I'll leave in my SOP and now I am asking for work permit.

"I am kind of in a hurry" is never a good idea when you want to submit a complete and strong application! Make sure you take your time and write a good SOP.
Let me know if you need any help.

Thank you,
