My wife, my 7-year-old daughter and I have been in Canada since Feb 09, 2022. Our other two daughters were left in my country. We processed them and got rejected a month ago. The visa officer's letter states that they could not verify the parents' status in Canada. We did provide a copy of the work permit, SIN etc.
My education consultant did not submit the passport copy of me and my wife, a copy of the visa stamped on the passport, an enrolment letter from my college and an employment letter from my wife's employer. Was this the reason the visa got rejected?

Kindly advise me on how to proceed further, as I am submitting by myself this time.

If you are on a study permit and your spouse got a permit based on your studies, your children must reapply showing that you are enrolled in full-time school and have the funds to support two additional children in Canada. A copy of a work permit was not enough. When does your study permit expire? How old are your children?

Thank you for your response. Yes, I am a primary applicant, whereby my wife is on an open work permit. My study permit will expire next year in July. I even submitted the proof of loan processed a second time and accepted by my bank in my country.

So will the following additional document suffice the need on top of other documents?
1. Both the parent's passport copy
2. Both copies of the visa stamped on the passport
3. School Enrollment Letter
4. Employment Letter
5. Receipt of the latest tuition fees paid to the college

You need to include your bank statements to show that you can support two additional children. You were approved based on three people so show support for 5 people (at least $3k per person). You need to include both permits - study and work.

When does your study permit expire? How old are your children?

Will your kids be going to school? If so your kids, especially your 15 year old since in high school, need study permits not TRVs. So show the additional 6K in funds and apply for study permits.

Yes, I want to process a study permit for both of them. I have even already submitted the loan sanctioned by my bank of CAD33000. So I don't think the refusal is to do anything with funds.

Ok. So process two study permits with the the information you posted. If refused again and within 6 months of graduation then you will need to wait until you have a PGWP, NOC A, B or job and 3 payslips.

So the only reasons for refusal was couldn’t verify status? What grade is your oldest in now?

You have posted what you need to submit along with POF. You only mention the one reason for refusal. One of the reasons you, your spouse and child were approved is because your older children remained in your home country so they were a tie.

When did you start studying? Did you 7 year old get a study permit? Did you apply for one child to accompany you or did your wife and child apply for TRVs to co e to Canada and then your wife applied for an OWP? in general IRCC wants to see you have savings to support your family and not a loan. Are you studying a masters?
