visa rejected due to study gap

Hi I have a similar situation
10th - 93%
12th - 71% in 2015
After that took care of family business and in 2019 applied for Professional Flight center and got addmission for April 15th 2020 due to lockdown deferred it to April 15th 2021 recently (Feb 26th 2021) my visa got reject on the basis of purpose of visit.
For pilot training the basic requirement is 10+12th with 60%.
I paid my first year tution fee 16000 CAD
And I was approved with an education loan of 41000 CAD
And have 17000 CAD in my bank account.
My total course duration is 2 years and fee for the entire course is 52000 CAD
Completed my
10th - 93%
12th - 71% in 2015
After that I took care of my family business.
Feb 26th got my Refusal letter along with BVL
I would like to reapply.

Can anyone help me with my application

If you make it clear that you have the intention of coming back they will give you the visa .That's why I asked you to clear dgca papers if you haven't. When did you get the rejection?
