Proof of Funds is ONE DOCUMENT.

Which Should Contain

- Statement of your Account For Last Six Months
- Statement of Your Sponsoring Person's Account
- How you Managed Large Amount
- From Where it Came to Your Account
- Have you Paid the Tax on Such Amount if You Have Earned it You Must have Deposited Tax On It ( CIC Take it in Account Seriously )
- Have you or Your Father Sold PLOT For your Studies IF yes { Show the Notarized Agreements }
- If your Father is Sponsoring you { Attach Ur Father Income , PaySlips , Statements , Tax Information }
- If you Have Paid Any Fees { Attach the Receipt }

I Hope My Information is Enough For All Newbies who want to Apply By Their Own. Attach All These Documents And I can Assure You

You will Left Visa Officer With No Option to Give you a Medical Call

Bro attach pay slips fbr certifiacte and income tax returns and notarized copies for all ur properties etc. When I applied I showed 5 million bank staement+1 year fee 13000$ paid which is enuf for my bachelors and then showed my dad's income as a commercial pilot abt 7000$ per month alhamdulilah. And BTW that balance was in my fathers account for just 1 month. Ur decision makes sense to me. Sorry bro best of luk and try again

i have never seen taxes on crop income.n dere is no NTN for landlords.there is annual or seasonal income and its tax free..

Bro Canada never asks for tax return,, if u have 6 million agricultural land ,, u can show at least average revenue,, u can make income chart,, since ur father is getting money every 6 months,, u can split that money in 6 months and add it to ur account,, I think u must show 6 months banks statements with good transaction, at random intervals,, like at least 2 lacs per month,, yes ur right agriculture land is tax free and chc knows it well,, but at least show them u have some regular income too,, like u said,, u sold land to get 30 lacs,, what after that,, u will sold other land for remaining fees,, play smart bro,,

3 million cash and 6 million property seems very less to me. suppose ur Program is 2 yaer and 1 year fee is 15000$ whch makes 30k$ for tuition overall plus living another 20K$.
So u r not financially stable bro. 50 lac tumhare father give to ur studies and phr piche sirf 40 bch gae. its more then 50% of your father's evrythng gone, VO may thnk that is ki family ka guzara kese hoga etc ur like selling evrything for urself and ur family kinda will be havng nuthing, show income then u cn get visa

And the only solution to this is he must show monthly income,, like during his one year study his father will be able to make enough money to pay his remaining fees,, and if u want to apply again I recommend u to pay one year fees in advance and show one year fees + one year living expenses,, I think u will get this,, good luck,,

hanaan thts true..n reality never hurts..in my case. i got u both...well suppose my father earns 20 lacs after six month from crops...and i have tht documented ...but not in account..cuz its been used. so document wud be satisfatory ?

and hanaan my tution fee+ plus living cost is $ 9K per year...so for 2 years it wud b around $20K.
I have shown $30K.....i think its enough

if you dnt show income, even if it gets used, the VO may think that you are living on savings so further weaken ur case. show ur INcome!

Yup if u show them documents for past 2 or 3 years ,, u can proof,, 20 lacs per 6 months is enough,, u can add all this in our sop,, like my sponsor is my father,, he is a landlord,,his seasonal(6 months) income is 20 lacs( 2000 cad). Like this,, and one year tuition and living cost can't be 9k lol,, thats what u think,, for VO,, it is one year fee in your case it could be around 10k not sure, + 10 to 12k living for one year,, which makes around 20k , so make ur figures correct,,

I emailed them on 12th inquiring if they had received my med report, I had med test on 5th nov, thy didn't reply till now although usually thy reply the next day to me. I emailed them on 12th inquiring if they had received my med report, I had med test on 5th nov, thy didn't reply till now although usually thy reply the next day to me. Bro I prefer pray and hope than enquiring,, they only reply when they think it is really important,, for medical don't ask chc ,, ask medical center where u did ur medical,, they will tell u whether it is received by chc or not,, be patient,, Inshallah we will get it soon, after enquiry even if they reply ,, they will tell u that ur application is under process, so basically it is impossible to track ur application,,, good luck,,

BTW @ sharjeel yaar as to my observance i have just seen two cases in past 3 years who got rejected after Med. 1 was a guy whodidn't reply to CHC e-mail coz he had no acces to internet and 1 had overstayed a previous visa in USA and was rejected due to travel history. do you know of any and wha about Ali durrani?

Call IOM ask them about ur medical results ,, they will ask u about medical date and passport number,, u can ask them about track number of ur medical result,, they will give u ,, I think u should email them,, canmedpk@iom.int
