visa rejected as proposed course of study doesnt makes sense,plz help me

i had applied visa under spp category on 27th from hyd vfs and visa was rejected because of the reason
Not satisfied that your proposed course of study makes sense.i am not satisfied you are a genuine student who would dfepart canada at the end of trhe period authorised for your stay

My profile:10th-76%
12th-76%
bachelor of physiotherapy-60%(6 backlogs and all finished in time)

applied to medicine hat college for diploma in massage therapy
paid full fees of 9220 cad dollars
took gic also,attached sop even
i wnt to apply again in genaral for the same course explaining the course how it relates to me and try to convince i will depart canada after studies.is it ok if i apply again to the same course or do u want to take time change the course and apply for next intake
plz help me i am not getting what to do

Diploma in Massage Therapy is a big step down from a bachelor's degree. You should be looking at a post graduate diploma or Master's.

so i will change the course as u said and i will apply for next intake and the time when i file the visa will it create any negative impression on my file as i was rejected once

There will not be any negative impression on your file. Its just that you have to apply for studies higher than bachelors. Do that and you will get the visa!
