visa rejected after medicals

2 of my friends from lahore applied late in October , got medical call on nov 11 and sent pp back on nov 21
both are rejected

1: home ties
2: he won't return after studies

their cases were quite genuine ...................oh Allah g hamaray liay kia likha hai :|

Assad, i am not sure , why my skype don't connect.

anyways, he applied for Sheridian College for 2 years HR diploma, paid 1 year fee in advance. he had strong financial bone but he told VO about her sister living in mississauga ,appearantly ,his case was quite genuine but this very point provided grounds for VO to reject his case on the fact that he wont return back after study.

the other guy was fine with all Docs but home ties ......

well these guys received there PP today after noon

In first case, who was his sponsor? his sister or parents from Pakistan or himself?

yar phir tu mera case bhi bohat weak hai..I have a sister who lived in canada but now her PR has expired..now she is in usa...her husband though is a canadian national..plus a brother of mine is living in usa for the past 11 years..I have a usa study visa rejection this july...doesnt this make my case weak as well...

some years back one of my friends got study permit with same condition but this guy is rejected.

Danish, i am really dumb to reach any conclusion if CHC really follow some standards to make visa decisions...

I hope we all will get our PP before Dec 30 now

Hasnaat Bro, I believe in Allah, approval should come from there, I'm not really worried about the final decision.

However, it's a heart rendering experiene to read such stuff after wasting so much money and waiting for too long.

Yes, having faith in Allah and praying to Him Only does make A BIG difference. Inshallah we'll all get our visas soon or if that's not how Allah has planned things for some of us He'll show us a better way. We should bear in mind that sometimes failures are blessings in disguise. Keep your faith strong and pray to Allah for your best.
