bro, I tell you what you should do . first go for caips .. it says 4-5 weeks for processing but i got mine in 21 days. caips mentions the exact reason of refusal. The reasons you have got in the refusal letter from chc are not the true reasons as any one get the same reaons but in real they hide the true reason in caips. they don't disclose it in the refusal letter because they think that if we tell the students exact reason then he will remove the reason and apply again with some new documents to support his visa application and will subsequently lead in the issuance of a visa.
I used www.caipsnotes.com. Making an application is easy first fill the form then print out another form given there on website sign it and send it to their email. final step is to make the payment of 40 dollars.
After that when u get caips and see your reason for example suppose that the refusal reason is low funds then add some funds in bank and make a new visa application and then you will get the visa.
so first step is to go for caips.
You have already been waiting for such a long time so I reckon if u wait for caips a month or 3 weeks more then it will mostly be benefecial. just don't apply again without knowing caips reason.
The reason on caips is given on the last page in detail when u get it.
