Could your father prove to VO that he will be able to spend 19000+10000=$ 29 000 CAD a year for your education in Canada for the next 3 yrs without getting his business go bankrupt? If yes, then let him PROVE that to VO. His company financial statments for the last 3 years. His personal bank account statement showing money coming from his business to his account regularly (as salary or dividends) and some of them he is able (after living expenses)to put into saving account (to use for your education and living)....

I think you should re-apply. Just prepare everything thoroughly. Even about your brother- tell VO that he is going to come back because he will have more opportunities in Middle East than he will ever have in Canada. And that your purpose is too- only to get Western education.

You should provide document evidence for any statement you make in your motivation letter !

1. for reapplying, doesn't the new VO have pre perceived idea of negetivity about the applicant? what's the usual chances of getting visa after refusal once?
2. for reapply, does it need to be mentioned in SOP?
3. for reapply, is the same process as a new apply and all necessary docs to be submitted once again?

VO's do not like when the first country to travel to the WEST is Canada. If you travelled to Europe, for example, and CAME BACK home- for CIC that means you are not going to stay in Canada illegally (like, if you want to stay illegaly just to leave your country of residence you already could do in European country)

brotther in Canada + no ties in homeland. - you did not describe your situation (what you showed to VO)- What is it in Kuwait? Living in Kuwait lessens your ties to home country.
What are you doing for living? Where? How does you employment and education fit in your intention to study in Canada?

That is by far the biggest bullshit i have ever read
Me and my three friends got the visa and here are some points which you might need
1)Canada was our first country in west.
2)We live in Saudi Arabia but nationality is Pakistani and i haven't visited Pak in like 17 years and i have 3 uncles and 2 Aunts in Toronto and i showed that in my form.
3)I was a student who just graduated

brothers it all depends upon the mindset of the visa officer, they are not very qualified, i heard they are undergraduate people themselves. so just forget it, don't take tension. God is there to look for all of us and we must pray for each other's success in getting visa and the life after that. so be relaxed if it is our fate to go there then nothing can stop us and if its not nothing can make us fit in.

they do it first-come-first-serve basis... no exception of that...

We showed business documents where he showed his company income and all necessary things and also cheques which he got. Since it is a company account, money comes and goes. (For ties)
Apart from that he also showed his personal account which had 33k cad.

rehabc, didn't you provide any tax documents? I think it is all centering around your financial matters. The amount of money is more than enough, but you need to prove that those are legal money.

And I really think you should apply for CAIPS.
