I had my visa rejected due to fact they're not sure I'll be returning home at the end of my stay.

They said it's because:

1) Insufficient family ties (I have a sister but she lives in another country. I'm the only child living with my parents in the same country)
2) Propose of visit
3) Your personal assets and financial state (I'm renting an apartment and have nothing more than furniture and a dog. My parents have an apartment they're planning to leave for me in a will).

Do you think I have any chance to change their verdict?

You can order caips to see the officer note.

After you receive your CAIPS file, try to address the issues as clearly as you can the next time you apply. The officers do not solely make their decision for an application on the outcome of your previous application. If you demonstrate eligibility, they will issue you a visa.

Also, read through the forum and see what people did. There are posts from people who got their approval after being refused a couple of times before. All the best.

I tried but found no help in other people's cases becase every one has their unique situation. I hoped someone has experience in this and has any idea of what I can do, or maybe had a similair background as do I and managed to get a visa.

You haven't provided any real details about yourself - so there's not much help any of us can provide. What are you planning on studying? Which school? What education have you completed to date? What where your marks? What were your IELTS scores? Where are you from? Where have you traveled before? What work experience do you have? etc. etc. etc.

Note that the "purpose of visit" refusal reason means CIC doesn't believe you are a genuine student.

Your rejections appears to be because in CIC's view you did not meet their requirements, Financial and they think you won't willingly return to your home country.

You can always reapply with better documents and Financial history and/or more money in your accounts and/or more Assets etc.

Without the actual letter and specific details no one can provide a complete answer.
