1)You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay.In reaching this decision I considered several factors, including :
purpose of visit .
2)other reasons:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other opportunities available in india or canada ,language abilities or your future plan
2nd time1)Pursuant of section 219 of immigration and refugee protection act,i am not satisfied that you:
have sufficient and avaliable financial resources, without working in canada,to pay the tution fees, for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
2)other reasons:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employement, level of establishment, other opportunities avaliable in india or canada ,language abilities or your future plan

You applied yourself or through any consultant?

Kangaroos screwed u up!

Hi,

No use of going in appeal, but you can order CAIPS (just to see file notes/remarks made by the visa officer)

www.caips.ca/apply.shtml

There are many countries that you can go to study not only CANADA.Try other countries e.g Norway,Sweden and many scandinavian countries.

Canada is not some heaven where if you don't get your visa then you have failed.Come to canada is when you shall know how tough things are here.Forget about jobs everything is expensive

If i were you i would apply to the states, despite bad economy you can still find some thing to do but here noway!!!!!!Worse if you are a student with no work permit.

Many of my friends who came didn't complete their studies here, many went to the U.S so think twice ok.

Hi,

The best thing for an International student in Canada is the eligibility for a PGWP upto 3 years. In many Scandinavian nations all you get one 6 months job search visa post graduation. And considering the current economic situation, it's better to stay away from EU (except Germany) at least for the next 2-3 years.

Fine, you have got your post graduate permit for 3 yrs.Where is the work itself? You shall end up doing jobs you never studied for.

Please do your research well-Stay away from GERMANY.My younger brother lives there and its tough for he has to import some basic things from home far much cheaper than Germany.

I would rather remain in CANADA than head to Germany.

No hard feelings

Hi,

Of course, you can apply again. You need to take care of your course selection + IELTS + financial capacity.
