.iam not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of you stay as stimulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment status
.the marriage certificate and certificate of employment you have upload is not readable. I am not satisfied of declared relationship is establised.

please i need some advice. My husband has 2 years contract work experience as crewship in europe then 2 years work experience in our country. The first reason of refusal because of our common law partner status which they are not convince then not satisfied thathe will going to leave the canada at the of stay.
i am very broken at this moment.please i need some advice.the problem also that our consultant said is that his previous job that is 5 months, his employer didnt give a certificate of emploment since its a policy that it should be 6 months above before they can able to get the certificate of employment

Getting a TRV for a spouse is incredibly hard because they likely won’t leave a Canada and want to stay with their spouse. What is your status in Canada? You should be sponsor for PR of OWP. How long have you been married? How much time have you lived together?

I am full student here in canada sir.my class start january 7,2020. Our relationship start 2014 and we live together in same roof 2016 together with his parents. The first and second reason sir.can you say that its because the docs that my consultant and send to The embassy is not readable?

What could be the solution of my husband application sir? Right now we are waiting for his managers letter about his previous job.the company didnt gave employment certificate from his job that start april 2019 untill sept 2019 because they will give certificate if you worked for minimum of 6months.we can only request a letter from his manager about It saying that his work for that specific month.

You havent written what is it your husband applied for? Spousal Work Permit based on ur study permit? Regular Visitor visa? Etc.

Oww its student spousal open work permit sir.sir do you think the reason behind the first 2 reason of refusal is because of my husband 5months unclaimed certificate of employment or isnt because the certificate of employment that was send is not readable?

First there are many women like yourself on this forum. No need to use sir.

Your first issue is that your marriage certificate was not a good quality. You must submit a much higher quality scanned image. Is your husband currently employed? Have you provided proof that you have the extra funds for both of you it you don’t find employment? Not all spouses of international students get an OWP. It says you can apply but many do get refused. It is easier to get a SOWP when you have PGWP if you have a job in NOC 0, A or B. I would encourage you to order CAIPS notes to find out exactly what the issues are so you can address them properly in your next application.

So does that mean refusal of SOWP during study is because of funds? and approval rate is more while you have PGWP+job because you can afford to live in Canada as a family?
