website says processing time is 13 days, so you are still within the processing time.

what did you put you wanted to see in Canada?
They wont count your African nations, they want nations such as UK, US etc

What they really want to see is whether you have visited a, "five eyes country" such as the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
