Visa refused :(

Hi, I had applied for Study permit on Nov 12, 2008, and have received the documents back with the passport and refusal stating, reason

""You have not satisfied me that you are intending temporary resident to Canada as defined by Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act""

I have acceptance from B.Sc program at Concordia University, Montreal for Winter 2009.

Can anyone please help me how I can re-apply to be successful, what more I should add while reapplying.

in order to help u, i need to know a few things:

where did u apply for ur study permit?
which documents did u send with ur visa application?

and did u get a call for medical checkup?

ive also applied to ConU for winter 2009 and my file is currently in process.
