Visa refused what can i do

My visa was refused in jan 2016.the reasons were course, purpose of visit. What can i fo?i also applied for capsnote but didnt get reply.i applied in last week of march

Study visa in sprott shaw college.i consult with others consultants.they said i applied in private college thats why my visa was refused

I have done btech in2013.i applied for bussiness administration sales and digital marketing with co-op program in sprott shaw college.

61% btech (electronics and instrumentation)
62% 10+2 ( non medical)

Amandip - SOP is the only one thing which can impress visa officer. If you didn't mention clearly your purpose of visit, then it can create a big problem. Your SOP should be very clear and precise.

For-profit colleges in Canada normally offer short training/supplementation courses at high cost. These are not typically 2-year degrees, even, and I have never heard of any foreign student wanting to come here to enroll in one. What would be the point? They usually fulfill regulatory requirements that are specific to Canada -- and foreign students are expected to go home. I am positive that the visa officer either assumed you don't know what you are doing, or that you have another motive besides studying.

Furthermore, since these colleges are not-for-profit they are not selective, anyone can go. If Canada let foreign students enroll in these, there would be no limit at all to how many could come, the only requirement would be the ability to pay the tuition. Why even have a SOP? Right now, visas are given to students whose study makes sense, and who will benefit from studying in Canada.
