Visa refused thrice...

I applied for tourist visa for the first time with my wife in 2015 and got refused, the reason they gave was that you don't have enough funds to stay in Canada.

Then for the 2nd time I was having the invitation letter from my brother in law, I again applied in 2016 with my wife and 1 year old daughter and again got refused , the reason they gave was that the status of my brother is not upto the point that he can invite us even though he is having permanent residence of Canada.

Then now I applied for the tourist visa for the 3rd time on 21st Jan 2019 with my wife and daughter and again got refused. This time I am having enough funds and to stay there for 10 days and having valid USA visa as well all the 3 times but this time they gave the reason that You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident according to your travel history.

I don't understand what exactly these people are looking for. I am having enough funds and my family is here, business is here, everything so why wouldn't I leave the Canada after the end of my staying period, there is no specific reason.

I also have a good travel history, already traveled USA ,UK, MALAYSIA, THAILAND, NEPAL, FRANCE, ITALY. I don't understand what kind of travel history these people were talking about.

Please suggest me something what can I do to get the visa and visit there for tourism.
What am I doing wrong here.?

Did you provide an SOP referring to your strong family ties in your home country, like property, job, family etc? Also, did you put on the form that you had been refused previously?

yes i provided all the relevant documents regarding my Business, family, assets and all other things. I also mentioned in the form that I have been refused twice previously..

Did you provide an SOP though? How many family members do you have in Canada vs your home country. How much funds have you shown? Please list ALL documents that you have provided (it is easy to miss something). Your travel history looks fine.

I got visa on 8th attempt same travel history like you with good business and bank papers.got visa last month .my brother is in canada.there are some mistake from.us which we cannot know but immigration officers knows well.send application again with min papers but good sporting letter

Yes i provided SOP and mentioned all the details of brother in law family living in canada and attached the copy of there PR card and passport and also mentioned about all my family members living in India. Funds showed was of worth Rs 15 lakh including fixed deposits, bank balance, mutual funds, LIC.

The second refusal about your brother in law’s status got me curious. How did he acquire PR?

You also keep applying as a family unit meaning you will all go to Canada thereby weakening your ties to your home country.

He applied for PR 4 years back and he got it so he is living in canada now but i have my family, business , property and all other assets here. So there is no reason for me to stay over in canada and if i need to leave India and stay in some other country then I am having USA visa so I would rather go there and stay. I got USA visa in 2012 and visited there twice but never exceeded my stay as I am having family ties in USA as well . So there is no specific reason to stay in Canada.

He applied for PR 4 years back and he got it so he is living in canada now but i have my family, business , property and all other assets here. So there is no reason for me to stay over in canada and if i need to leave India and stay in some other country then I am having USA visa so I would rather go there and stay. I got USA visa in 2012 and visited there twice but never exceeded my stay as I am having family ties in USA as well . So there is no specific reason to stay in Canada.

A lot of people apply who say the same thing. Was just commenting that a visa officer may see it that way. You need to convince a visa officer. Unfortunately, the influx of asylum seekers have made it harder to get a Canadian TRV.

About your brother’s PR, did he get it via express wntry? What pathway did he use to become PR?

Yes I understand that but they gave me the reason that according my travel history they were not satisfied which I am not able understand that what kind of travel history they were talking about .

Then you should get your CAIP/GCMS notes. Google on how to request for them. You’ll get actual details on why you were refused instead of the general reply.

As per your suggestion I tried googling "CAIP/GCMS" and came across few questions. On the page there were two options which were confusing. (1) Order Type & (2) What type of record do you want to request?
What do we select, given that I wanted to get some details for my mother's Visit visa refusal. I applied it online two time which got rejected.
