1oth ---74%
Intermediate--- 87%
B.tech ECE-- 64% No backlogs
IELTS 6.0 No band less than 5.5

experience -- Sowftare programmer 2 years

NO year GAP

Lambton College -- Mobile application Development

i think due to ielts...bec min is 6.5

NO FOR CANADA IELTS MINIMUM IS 6 AND NO BAND LESSS THAN 5.5 .. THAT IS IT ! YOUR REFUSAL WAS NOT BASED ON IELTS .

For PG diploma IELTS 6.0 Is enough.

Talk in details of units you are going learn at program. Show how they are relevant to your current job. Explain why you need further qualifications in this area. Don't joke about ielts guys. You guys are saying that visa officer is lying. If he got problem with ielts then he would have mentioned it but problem is that visa officer does not understand how previous study current job and future study are relvant. Just explain him.

Same thing happened to me last time when I applied On Jan, They refused me with same reason.

I ordered CAIPS to get the officer notes, It was mentioned in the note that they are not sure if I am coming back to my home country or not.

How was your SOP did you explain anything about your feature plan in India?

m sorry to hear this bro, let me make this bit hard and clear

if i were the VO i would had rejected u as well , reason is the course u choose is from college plus its very sub field of ur previous education and ur current employment.

try to get admission in university believe me u will get into many universities with this percentage if u improve ur ielts
try ur luck in Uni of Windsor and Uni of Victoria, they have very reputed prog related to ECE , concordia uni also provide diploma and certificates courses keep that in ur last pocket ...just start ur application with new hopes and passion, May God be with u ...goodluck
