visa refused on 18th sep york university

Hey Everyone..
i have been on this forum for like 8 to 10 times.. have seen different posts and topics.. one of which i found really interesting and informative was BRASS topic (pakistanis waiting for medical)
I applied my visa in start of august 2014 and got rejected on 18th sept..
my case was of York University
everything was done in a good way.
My mother sponsered me and the bank statement was 4Million (rupeess)
SOP was really good.
Reasons for rejection:
1-purpose of visit
2-Financial statement
3-travel history
4-Family ties

Its All about luck. Not fair

Can u explain me the 4 rejection option, wats mean by family ties?bcoz my father bank statment is also in millions...everything is ready to submit...plz pray

How much was the tuition fee? And what did u write in the study permit form u filled stating *funds available for your stay*?

well family ties means that i will not return to Pakistan because my parents r well settled and dont need me for their personal daily life and that they can manage without me so i wont come back to Pakistan.
and the fees was $ 30,000 for the year ..
and my bank statement was $42,000 well enough ..
bank statement was of my mothers account.
And it doesnt matter if u have paid the whole fees for the program or u didnt..
i have seen so many cases people got their medical calls without even submitting a penny in Universitys account.
