That documents shows strong ties to home country.
And it worked for many people.
I get your point, that it is no worth of spending so much money to join same job.
But it is common sense that your pay will boom, if you have foreign education.

Computer certificate is not a very important documents.

Experience certificate is fine.
Stuff like pay slips are mostly added in Federal skill worker immigration.
Don't make it so complicated.

Should we include Resume with SOP or not?

Better not to make the process complicated guys. Keep it simple. SOP's have turned to be a game changer for many and it also depends on the visa officer the way s/he deals with SOP. I know it sounds good to decorate a visa application with all sorts of documents but better to keep it consize and relevant.
