My application was refused on this basis! I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada to pay the tuition fees for the coarse or program of studies that you intend to study.

what does this means when you know you have provided strong financial documents? Please help me

When an application for a Canadian student visa is refused on the basis of insufficient financial resources, it means that the visa officer who reviewed your application was not satisfied that you have enough funds to cover your tuition fees and living expenses during your stay in Canada.

If you have provided strong financial documents and still received a refusal, it is possible that the visa officer did not take into account all of the financial information you provided or was not satisfied that your financial resources would be sufficient for the duration of your study program.

****If you feel that there was a mistake or that additional information could be helpful in explaining your financial situation, you may want to consider submitting a new application with additional information or clarification.****

I hope this information is helpful and good luck with your future plans!

Can apply again with same financial documents and different financial documents? How should it be stated? For academic year or for the study duration?

My yearly tuition and other expenses is 44,000cad . Amount of money on my spornsor account was equivalent to 77,000 cad +sponsorship letter and property documents. I didn’t pay first year tuition

thanks
How old are you? Who is your sponsor? How many years is the program? You should have paid first year tuition.

I’m 27, my aunty is sponsoring me
Yeah, that is a red flag. At 27, you should be showing your own funds not those of an aunt, who is not even considered immediate or extended family. Is she spending all her savings for your education? What will she live on? Property is not cash so not relevant. IRCC will be concerned that she can stop funding your education at any time. If serious, pay first-year tuition and she gives you a gift deed for your studies to show that the money is now yours and not her money anymore. She is gifting you the money. Hopefully she has enough money left to live. How many years is the program?

How long is the program and what is the program? What is tuition amount since 10k is not enough for living expenses realistically. In some parts of Canada it is significantly more than 10k. Your aunt draining all her savings is one of the big issues. Property is not liquid cash so would she take out a second mortgage or line of credit on the property if she doesn’t own it outright. That is the big concern. Does your aunt have children of her own? What about her savings and retirement?
