Visa refusal

I had a previous visa tourist visa refusal to the uk due to lack of ties
I reapplied after a month with full documents and got the visa eventually
The consultant wanted to hide but i managed to raise the cse and explain the reason of refusal

1 - is this in criminality or security?

2- will this cause me any trouble?

1. It's misrepresentation if your application was sent in without mentioning it at all. The CSE may not be enough, especially if not received or processed in time. That you have sent in a CSE, though, may be the only thing you can do to help.

CSE works. I did the same. Had a visa denied and did not remember while submitting application. Raised a CSE last month and PPR came 2 days back.

I did not have any AORs. I provided the CSE myself to avoid possibility of misrepresentation.
