Visa refusal

I and my daughter were denied tourist visa based on the purpose of my visit from paragraph 179.
We applied for tourist visa to attend my younger sisters wedding in July and i added a leave letter from my employer(since I was in a firm and own my own company as well), my company documents, tax clearance, properties of my husband and I. I also added my husband bank statement, marriage certificate and properties, stating he will sponsoring us for the trips and won’t be going with us. Plus my husband had about CAD 15000 in his account for our trip.
My parent also were not going since my dad has health condition and my mom have to look after him. Really don’t know why I was denied. The only reason I was given was that we were denied base on the purpose of our visa. What do I do?

Do to the large volume of Nigerian asylum seekers you are going to have a tough time getting approved. Is your sister marrying a Nigerian? If yes, couples usually have a wedding in Nigeria as well. What is your sister’s status in Canada? 15000 is not that much money and the trip will cost a large amount of your savings.
