I migrated to Canada from Bangladesh last year as a PR. My younger sister is a 2nd year undergrad international student in USA. At the middle of her 1st year, when she applied for tourist visa to Canada and showed me as her host, she was denied. They provided the reason as being not satisfied that she will leave Canada, based on (i) her establishment and ties to country of residence, (ii)her family ties in Canada, (iii) purpose of her visit.
They stated these as per paragraph 179(b) of IRPR.
That broke our hearts. This time after a year, she wants to apply again.
What kind of documents should she show to prove that she will be going back to her school after the stay?
Please advise as I have not seen my sister in a year and a half.
