@haris27 The letter was a major issue, because you wouldn't have a valid offer during the processing.

If you're gonna reapply, get the CAIPS just to see if there were any other issues, there normally are. Then find a way to justify with proof whatever was mentioned in the notes. This will make your case stronger.

Mine also got rejected 2 times and I was very disappointed to see the visa officer's notes in my CAIPS. You should order caips before applying again. Check my old post. I have copy pasted my caips notes
I have not applied online, so how can I get CAIPS because i never heard about it.

Yes, they will apply on your behalf because they are in Canada. You have to complete a consent form that is available on their site and make the payment. Msg me if u need more info on how to apply.
