Apply for CAIPS/GCMS notes. You will get all details why exactly your visa was refused work on that and apply again in Janaury. Yes IELTS bands are little low.Try to give it IELTS again if you can.

hello kam ,

what i can judge from your profile here is , that u completed your graduation and u applied for a certificate dimploma program , which in my knowledge is not suitable .
u can try again applying but make sure u change ypur course to a pg level or a level higher than your graduation .

regarding your ielts score, double check with the institution regarding the minimum ielts score required for a particular higher level course and if they mismatch with your current scoring , then i would advise you to get better scores and meet their requirements.

In case if u will be applying for jan intake or whenever is the next intake , its better to get your CAIPS notes on your application as it will give u a better understanding on how to improve on your mistakes and make your application stronger in order for u to get approval .

i hope i have cleared some of your doubts.

In support of Rishi, it would have been better if ur diploma is in active nursing line, but how can u be nursing and now apply for care giver. That course is not different from care giver. Even if u go for pg in that same course they will not still give u, do anything that is advance or at least similar to nursing. Sorry for the refusal but I am sure u stand better chance.
