hi members,

am facing a problem while filling up the Schedule A Background / Declaration form

I have been refused Student Visa for Canada in 2005 so while filling up the details in Schedule A Background / Declaration Form -

the problem is in -

part - d
part - e

can anyone tell shall i write yes or no in the above mentioned questions ????

You must write YES. If you hide the truth it is misrepresentation and may leads to rejection of your application depending on the visa officer who takes care of your file. Kindly see Q3 (FAQ) of my recent Topic on Background verification. Similar scenario is mentioned there.

Even if you hide about the refusal of your student visa, the officer can track it very easily during the security check. CIC do record all your previous activities related to Canada visa under Unique Client Number (UCI).
