hi mandeep i've also got refused under spp reason mentioned by high comission loan is not 80% of remaning expenses for studies,living and tution expenses..although i made a payment for first semester fees from my own savings and took a loan of 9 lakh...i don't know what did the visa officer thought while refusing me the visa..i'm reapplying under the general category wat r the chances this time....
