visa refusal twice..need urgent help

Hi all,

I have been refused visa twice..

Year 2011( Student Visa denied)
Reason:1) Family ties in country of residence

Year 2014

1) marriage certificate
2) travel history
3) insufficient funds
4) family ties
5) purpose of visit
6 )duration of stay

Now let me brief all the respected members..
I have been recently married (July'14)and my wife is pursuing PhD in Winnipeg with a valid study permit till 2017.
I submitted all the proofs regarding my job , my parents my financial assests ( around 16k CAD),NOC letter from my organization formy job,
My marriage certificate and I travelled to Germany in 2011, return tickets with intended stay of 30 days..

Still visa is refused..I have to apply again ..please advice cuz another rejection is difficult to handle..and would it affect if we have to apply for p.r in future..

Since you are now married, your parents' assets are of no help. If you want to show proof of assets, they have to be yours. Were you able to show your own bank balance?

Yes the money was in my account..its like 4 months old.since we sold.a.property and money was deposited in.my account..also I attached marriage certificate.y did they give me that reason

Of course you were rejected, it looks like you are trying to immigrate with your wife.

Apply for an open work permit attached to your wife's study permit, that is the correct way to do it.
