visa refusal reason not given

okah guys so i applied online on june 15th from karachi and got refused on 29th july ,but he refusal letter consists of 5 pages and initially says there can be alot of reasons and there is an entire checklists of 4 pages that might be the reason .
it states that only the checked ground are the reasons of refusal but none of them are checked ???? all the boxes are empty ! what todo how to find the reason ??? HELP pleaseee

Wow!! This is strange! You NEED to e-mail the CIC ASAP. Use both the Webform in the CIC website and also e-mail the IRCC visa office in Abu Dhabi (i think they are your IRCC office) with this query.

the Abu Dhabi office email is :- abu-dhabi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

This clearly indicates these jurks are refusing pakistani applicants for no good reason. And for doing this bullshit in the end they are taking so much of time that applicant is left with no options other than to defer admission session.

I have emailed them but cannot find anyone to inquire directly on the cic website !! yes i waited so long my admission for of fall 2016 and i was so upset i deffered it to fall 2017 !!
just want to be sure to not give them any reasoning this time that i re apply
